1. Cut different types of vegetables like potato, onion, capsicum, carrot, kumro, cauli flower etc..
2. Take oil on a pan.
3. Fry zeera [Kummin] first on it and start to fry it.
4. Put vegetables on the frying pan and start to fry it like the way zeera is mixed with the vegetable properly
5. Add salt [and little sugar]
7. When vegetables will start to become brown, add ginger paste and holud [turmaric powder]
8. Now pour water on it and start to boil
That's it. After the boiling is finished, your bengali curry is ready.
